Air Law
As a certified drone pilot you should of course know what you are allowed to do with your drone and especially what you are not allowed to do. This is exactly what the chapter on air law is about. You will get to know the different categories with their rules, you will know how you have to behave as a pilot and operator and of course you will know how to deal with data protection and insurance issues. In the end you will know all about air law and the different airspaces.

Meteorology
Most of the time you will probably fly outside with your drone. And since you will be exposed to the weather, as a future certified drone pilot you must have a good knowledge of meteorology.
In this module you will learn, for example, how the wind is generated and what influences it has on your drone. We also explain everything about temperature, visibility, pressure and density. And of course you will also learn how to do a proper weather briefing.

After you have passed your online examination you get the A2 Drone License for the Open Category. The official wording for it is: Remote pilot certificate of competency.
Additionally we prepare you for the A1/A3 Drone License as well. Its official name is: Proof Of Completion of the Online Training. But you need to do the exam at a national aviation authority, for example http://www.lba.de.
